Stephanny Smith

Director of Communications & Marketing

Stephanny Smith is the Director of Communications & Marketing for Indiana Michigan Power (I&M). In her role, she oversees the organizations’ internal and external communications strategies and marketing initiatives.

Stephanny’s skill set includes executive and crisis communications, strategic planning, change management, and fundraising. She has held positions in local and federal government as well as the private and non-profit sectors.

Prior to joining I&M, Smith served on the leadership teams of the Parkview Foundation and the Allen County Public Library.

Stephanny has a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She is a passionate supporter of the local arts community and serves on several local boards. In her free time she enjoys reading and traveling with her family.
