Every Spring, Indiana Michigan Power hosts the FalconCam, high atop the company's headquarters in Fort Wayne. Through a camera placed in a nesting box at One Summit Square, 26 stories above the street, you can watch falcons nesting, laying eggs, and raising their young. The nesting box was provided by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, and IDNR biologists, along with volunteers from Soarin' Hawk and the Audubon Society help care for the young birds as necessary. The Fort Wayne nest box is one of the country's most successful falcon boxes.
