CHARLESTON, May 23, 2013 – Debra Osborne has been named plant manager for the Mountaineer and Philip Sporn plants, bringing more than 26 years of power plant experience to the position. She is currently manager of Sporn and Kanawha River plants. Osborne has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University. She joined AEP in 1987.

Cindy Miller has been named external affairs manager. Miller, currently in corporate communications, will oversee external affairs activities in Kanawha, Putnam, Boone, Logan, Mingo and Roane counties. She will be based in Charleston and Logan. Miller has a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from Marshall University. She joined the company in 2008.
