Small Commercial Business Rate

Eligibility:

  • Stand-alone meter and service designated for a PEV Level 2 (240V) charger.
  • Existing account averages less than 4,500 kWh of electricity per month.

Exciting New Rate for EV Charging Stations

We are pleased to announce a tariff designed specifically for commercially operated, standalone public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Additionally, this tariff schedule will be available to our commercial and industrial customers who wish to take advantage of time-of-use rates specifically for their EV fleet charging needs.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Level 3 charging ports, or
  • At least five Level 2 charging ports
  • A stand-alone meter and service designated for EV charging station

Commercial Charging Incentive Opportunity

We are excited to announce a pilot program that provides up to $8,100 per charging port incentives for public or commercial and industrial fleet/employee charging.

Eligibility:

  • Commercial customers installing Level 2 public, fleet, workplace and multi-family dwelling chargers may be eligible for a one-time rebate of $1,700 per port.
  • Commercial customers with Level 2 chargers in qualifying areas (Justice 40 or IRS’s 30 C tax credit) may be eligible for a one-time rebate of $3,000 per port.
  • Public DCFC in qualifying areas (Justice 40 or IRS’s 30 C tax credit) may be eligible for a one-time rebate of $8,100 per port.

Incentive Programs - Frequently Asked Questions

Off-Peak rates available specifically for your charging apply from 11pm-6 am every day.

You can charge your EV any time, same as before. However, you’ll get the benefit of the lower rate only during Off-Peak hours.

Yes, customers eligible for EV tariff options may not operate distributed generation resources or participate in the Company’s Net Metering Service Rider or new Excess Distributed Generation Rider.
