“It’s been said that you cannot light another’s path without brightening your own.” That is the philosophy Muncie’s Meridian Health Services has for its production of “Holidays at Gresham.” This popular drive-thru light exhibit has an expansive nature, which requires all hands on deck to complete its set up.

In addition to being a presenting sponsor for the December event, volunteers from I&M also put in the hard work on Nov. 14 to set up the display. This included decorating Santa’s House, hanging garland and stringing lights – with help from the 150’ transmission bucket truck. With help from our team of 40-plus, what would commonly be a week’s worth of work was accomplished in just one day.

The Suzanne Gresham Center, a division of Meridian Health Services, helps some of the most vulnerable, including pregnant mothers struggling with addiction and victims of child abuse. The “Holidays at Gresham” is just one way the organization gives back and spreads cheer to those it serves and the community.
