We’ve served Indiana and Michigan for over a century, and we pride ourselves on being a good neighbor in the communities where our employees also live, work and volunteer.

One of our goals has always been to help our communities grow and thrive by offering incentives to new and expanding businesses that invest in communities and hire local workers.

To help local workers gain the skills desired by growing companies, Innovate Indiana establishes a workforce training program for our eligible new and existing commercial and industrial customers. We’ll partner with local Workforce Development agencies to ensure qualified programs are selected.

We also recognize that businesses need to move quickly, and the availability of facilities is crucial to attract new employers as well as existing employers who need to expand.. We’re planning a new building development program that will encourage the development of qualified spec buildings by partnering with the community, developers and local economic development organizations.

Through these economic development programs we aim to ensure that communities continue to grow and thrive with boundless opportunities.
